In India, approximately forty million children are deprived of primary education, and only one-third manage to complete the mandatory eight years of schooling. This highlights a critical challenge in ensuring access to education, which is one of the most powerful tools for breaking the cycle of poverty. In West Bengal, where poverty remains a persistent issue, education serves as a beacon of hope and one of the most valuable gifts we can offer to a child for a better tomorrow. At Aasstha Welfare, we envision transforming this reality through future initiatives aimed at providing free school supplies, such as books, notebooks, bags, and other essential resources, to underprivileged children. We aspire to award educational scholarships and offer assistance to help students continue their studies. Additionally, we plan to establish evening tuition centers across various parts of West Bengal. These centers will provide academic guidance and create a nurturing environment where children can strengthen their learning foundation and build self-confidence. Our future efforts will also focus on motivating children to dream big and pursue higher education, empowering them to rise above their circumstances and build a brighter future. By fostering education and personal growth, we aim to nurture the leaders of tomorrow and contribute to the holistic development of the communities we serve.
